Yeah it is the best way of getting a tan while having minimal UV exposure. The most effective way of making sure you have a legit source is to do a heavy amount of research and you will know what to look for to find a cheap and high quality source

mt 2 gives u moles and i think thats a big downside since u r so familiar with ur own face and seeing something new is just weird, also mt 1 looks more natural
