My midface ratio is 0.836.
How death-tier is this ratio? Let’s do some quick math
The ideal MFR is 1.05.
1.05 / 0.836 = 1.256
The ideal IPD is 68 mm. 68 mm / 1.05 = 64.762 mm. Therefore 64.762 mm is the ideal midface height.
64.762 mm × ( 1.256 − 1 ) = 16.579 mm
In order for my midface ratio to be 1.05, my midface must be over 16.5 mm shorter.
