I have braces currently and I am framemaxximg I’m trying to put on lean muscle while staying at a low bf% of 14 I also mew and nose breathe

Yeah unfortunately, got cooked by genetics , I've heard about some ways to improve it naturally but I haven't bothered checking out because I had the luck of having a good eye area

I see what you mean, maxilla ostetomy will fix your maxilla, my cousin got it done a while back, pretty expensive but did wonders to his face

Might not even need to go under the knife to fix TMJ depending on the root cause and severity, ask a doctor about it, it will definitely allow you to train the maxilla more efficiently and without pain which will be a plus

Get Botox on bulkier side if you have tmj and that sides typically more dominant (stronger masseter)
