oh i see it now. yes, you do have jaw asymmetry and you def need to fix skin a bit and debloat but you are 100% not capped at MTN, you actually have insane potential. idek if i'd say you're MTN its a kinda bad angle, w/ better lighting you could prob be seen as low HTN tbf

look closely at your masseters, one side is a bit bigger then the other. it would take changing your habits (chewing on the other side) but it depends on how much mechanical torsion and for how long is applied on that side but it could prob help

I was afraid you were talking about my jaw going to the right or left, but now I see it, one cheek is more hollow because of the massaters. Thank you
