Mtn hell/Need help for surgery planning/18yo

Im wondering what surgeries would benefit me most obviously many would help but Im looking for the most crucial ones. Im willing to spend around 30k for these as well maybe more. Took these pictures in the middle of the day at work no frauding angles or lighting so you can really see what I look like. Im around 16% bf in these pics as well. All help is appreciated
