It really depends on the case. Some people are only one surgery away while there are some that need multiple. There isnt one universal answer for this

would u say lefort 1 alone would be enough if already my nose became straight im waiting for swelling to go down to asses, although I dont think the forum will say I look htn , but realistically how much would one ascend to normies in norms scale would u say 6.5-7/10 to 7.5-8/10 is possible im talking normie numbers

not the best eye area had hyprdivent growth pattern which should be fixed now with my lefort 1 but im swollen, and some probably other minor flaws which I would not fixate on

Long face isnt necessarily an flaw though. On normie scale an 6.5 to 7 is in reality usally an 5-5.5/10. on an objective scale. So id say 0.5-1 point up on normie scale is fair

yess, and my nose was crooked pointing down its not anymore its straight and masculine now but it lacks a bit of projection still better than my old nose

there is no point now sadly cuz I could only send u a past pic and now my face is like a potato swollen so there is no way u could tell if I have reached htn or close now only thing u can see is the clear change in my nose besides this not much can be seen yet

idk I was rated mtn range before any surgery but I was fully softmaxed thats why I got lf1

I got. a high cut lf1, and im just hoping it will be. enough cuz even though I know if it isn't I should probably do more but unless u get a surgery like this u won't realise how draining it is like im legit dying now all may face is pins and needles because of nerves waking up I can't eat its trash like I dont want to go through some other bullshit

well I say. mtn because this is subjective at that point some people said hmtn, lhtn, others lmtn, so the most accurate would just say mtn cuz im in this range with all people.

So your main flaw was an recessed maxilla? honestly i have the same and i am planning to get an lefort right away when i turn 18 and i am really hoping i will finally be good looking facially after that + maybe also an BSSO. I think lefort + BSSO is just called bimax usally? but i am not sure

well every plastic surgeon I saw said my main problem was the flatness in my mid face, but I would say it was my shit nose, my recession and flatness that comes with and it and not best eye area now if the lf1 turns out good I won't be recessed anymore or close to and my nose is fixed now so for the nose I know but I hope it gets smaller from the front and its swelling it became huge

Yeah my midface is so flat and my nose is drooping due to that so i am hoping i wont be recessed after lefort

ye same issue as mine when u fix the maxilla ur nose is fixed too
