Ltn~ but you got a good amount of potential especially with your eye area, grow your hair out and take minoxidil or apply topical minoxidil to your eyebrows, or maybe even dye them, I can't tell if they are just thick but lightly colored or thin but like wide, also use some eyelash serum as well, you can use concealer for your under eyes as well.
