theres basically no way ill be able to be HTN without surgery. Im not ugly by any means but I legit do not stand out in the slightest besides my height which isn't even anything insane.

The most we can do is be thankful we are not truecel. Be especially grateful if you dont have any failos that cannot be fixed by very complicated surgery (eye spacing, fwhr, etc.)

im mtn both of my eye spacing and fwhr are not really ideal
