While subhumans and LTNs get treated like shit throughout their life because of their looks, they never get the chance to be allowed to improve their social skills and entering social circles. Ofc there are outliers but its all about the situation and environment you live in.
HTNs and above are hit or miss. Other guys might see them as a threat because of their looks and thus exclude them from their social circle, parties, social gatherings etc and that will ofc make them insecure and less NT. If they are also too good looking, they might have been catcalled and gotten compliments from foids at a young age and not knowing how to handle the situation and thus makes them more insecure and more obsessed with how they look, similar how foids are obsessed with their looks because of how they are judged by their appearance. But in the other side some HTNs will never experience this exclusion or they might have ascended a lot in their late teen/early 20s (fat to lean for example) so for them NTmaxxing will be easy peazy.
MTNs are the basic tier because they are normie in the looks department and they get treated like a normal person. They wont get foids approaching them or hitting them up casually like HTNs and above, so they have to put more effort in their social skills. But at least they get the chance to socialize and be accepted by people, unlike LTNs and subhumans who never got this chance.
