Ive done my own research on it ofc, but I just wanted to hear some personal experiences and stuff, and if I should take it orally or as an oil, I've seen that its "less liver toxic when injected" so just wanted to fact check.

Don’t take mtren orally if you can avoid it. If you do take it orally, make sure you’re doing other things to protect your liver.

I'll be on ancillary aswell dw im not a complete dumbass, was gonna take like 100mcg ad an oil every other day for maybe a month or two
