if ur young there's really no such thing as overtraining. underrecovery is very real though -- not drinking enough fluids, not eating enough calories (esp carbs for energy), sleeping <8 hours a night, etc. it can be too mentally taxxing but 3x MT 3x weight training seems pretty balanced.

There is no point brah,
You are not going to have the energy for it.
I currently do muay thai 2x a week and lift 1-2x and im exhausted. I dont know how intense or how long your muay thai sessions are though. BTW its pretty hard to build serious amounts of muscle while training muay thai. But my tip if you want to grow is to EAT A FUCKING LOT. I started muay thai mainly to lose fat so I dont expect to build muscle.

I’m 21 if that matters. My main goal is just to get lean and very low BF.So I’m training on a calorie deficit,

3x a week full body will give the same if not better results than ppl if you're in your first year of natty lifting

You wont gain any muscle at the gym if you are in a calorie deficit unless you are a complete begginer.

You should always do this,
I have been lifting for 2 years now and I have always gotten the best results on full body 3x a week.

Yes but different splits might work better for others as long as they've made all the beginner gains

Maybe but I started doing 3x fullbody after my first year of training and I definetly got the best results then. First 2 years should be 3x a week fullbody and then at your 3-4th year you could move on to splits.

It's exactly what I'm doing 3 days muay Thai 3 days full body training. 1 day off

How the fuck?
How long are your thai sessions?
Mine are 2 hours and we do extreme cardio so that when it ends everyone feel completely dead. I try to also do fullbody 2x a week but my body can barely keep up.

So 3x a week? What days should I rest? I'm 16.

Knowing you can overpower 99.5% of men does wonders for your confidence

I should really start either bjj or muay thai

I'm on steroids buddy. Actually, there's 3 group training sessions which are 90 minutes but I also do 1 one-on-one session weekly which is an hour
How do you feel ? Is it exhausting ? Results ?
Good

I guess natty lifting is a joke when you have death tier genetics 🤷‍♂️

Nigger I had a natty bench press 105kg at 70kg body weight after half a year of going to the gym.

You have good strenght/power genetics like you mentioned before about jumping. How much you benched when you started lifting?
