Decent muscle mass but I’m on a 5 month bulk and look stocky/undefined

Surgeries booked: In June im getting genioplasty with 10mm horizontal advancement and 3mm vertical advancement with bone graft to give myself chin projection beyond my lower lip and increase facial height

Surgeries planned: rhinoplasty (was supposed to be at the same time as genio but probably going to happen in December) + something for my right eyelid + gum contouring

Your nose looks okay from the front which is what matters . Side profile is not as important you think . Your biggest falio however is your eye area

Eyes are my biggest failo, but having a long nose is a subhuman trait and an easy fix.

Yeah, I'm in a tough spot tho because I have UEE but I dont want to have blepharoplasty because then I'll have bug eyes. I also won't consider hunter eye surgery because of the cost + high risk of a bad result. Also imagine explaining to your parents that youre getting eyelid surgery on top of nose and chin, they'll think youre crazy.

I don’t see why you’d tell them.

I think high risk of bad result is unlikely, they have software now adays to show the end result so it’s not like you’re guessing. A well trained doc should recreate what you see on the image.

I live with my parents bro. Even if I got surgery locally, it takes 2 weeks to recover. There’s no way they wouldn’t know.

They already will think you’re crazy if you’re getting a nose job. If the results go well I’m sure they’ll be like “Oh you look different” and refuse to give you credit for the improvement.

I’m paying for both surgeries, that’s why I couldn’t get rhino at the same time (I couldn’t save up enough). My parents would never pay for that, but they pay for everything else like tuition + car which allows me to save up so much.

It’s like every brown country where those whose families same from the rich areas of Iran have lighter skin to the point where they could pass as Caucasian but the poorer areas have darker skin. My family lived in poverty before they immigrated to various countries so we have darker skin. It’s important for Persian beauty standards to have light skin, so they are more visible in media which is probably what you saw.

I know. I think maybe because small noses are considered a high class trait in Iran. Just bothers me + people have joked about it a lot.

You are just wasting your money doing rhino plus it’s extremely easy to get it botched.

If you wannna do anything, do something for your eyes.

Eyelids have been botched more from what I've seen. Plus in my city there are some world-class 5/5 rated rhinoplasty surgeons while for eyelids I would have to travel. Thats extra hard because for eyelid consultations you have to be in-person so I'd effectively have to travel twice. Also the issue of one of my eyelids being different from the other so I would have to get ptosis repair first and then other procedures. Other than eyes and chin I think nose is my third biggest failo so I think its worth getting fixed. Maybe only after the first 2.

what you’re telling me is what my genio surgeon told me. He said I probably won’t even want rhino after genio because a small chin makes the mid face look longer. After genio I will reconsider

Just fix your UEE and your will ascend. Forget nose job. Your nose shape is good. Its much more important than size.

W ethnicity if you lucked out and got lighter skin. Nah im not from Houston (dont know where you got that from) Im from Canada.
