It's not the zygos it's the wide forehead and temples, you can't fix a wide head

both ipd and pfl are all about the proportion relative to the skull, not the actual measurements

no i literally need smaller cheekbones
if i decrease cheekbone width and keep everything else the same it looks better
and for forehead and temples i can get a hair transplant to frame the face better
