Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds have great fats and oxytocin's for example.


But it's just like you said earlier on beta carotine can deposit those orange pigmentations in your skin. Only thing I have against that is high amounts of Vitamin A can dry the skin out leading to increase in dry skin

I'm personally thinking overdosing on Lycopene is ideal for now.

People are either brainwashed or just coping hard. Women IRL use spray tans when they are going out or are going to be around lots of guys from what I have noticed.
