And you’re probably not as lean as you think. Being skinny =/= lean body fat percentage. If you had visible abs without flexing and your face was bloated looking still then yeah you have bad insertion genetics. If not then you were never actually lean in the first place. Just skinny-fat.

I’m not lean right now, but I was I was under 160lbs at one point and I’m 5’11. My face still looked like shit and yes my abs showed without flexing etc
