naturally i think only cheekbones got a bit more pronounced and face got leaner

i only started storing less face fat so the bones became more pronounced
maybe a slight increase in overall bone mass but nothing spectacular

based on the information we have yes its possible in puberty
but literally noone i know personally has had that happen to them so idk
