there is no such thing as protein quality because its impossible to not have enough amino acids after 30 grams of protein a day

this classification exists only from studies on minimal amounts of amino acids to prevent starvation in african children

but this term is so infested everywhere and scientifically illiterate retards eat it up

Different proteins contain different ratios of essential amino acids. Wheat and rice are low in lysine. If you consumed 100g/day of those you'd still have deficiencies. This is basically high school grade biology

I 75% agree with OP but the claim that recommendations regarding protein are derived only from studies on starvation levels on African children are simply not true.

I still can’t understand why chicken has more protein than red meat

lysine, leucine and methionine mog for muscle building.
Some proteins have different concentrations of these things.
If you think that all protein is the same then anyone with a peanut allergy would go into anaphylaxis from pork.

Fat and protein distribution is different
Might make a thread on that since this forum is filled with misguided tiktok retards

Plant protein isn't real protein. You can get some from raw coconuts but that's it. Beans don't count. Rice, wheat gluten doesn't count. Soy, peas don't count.
