Yeah ofc. Their maxillas are still above average considering their skull height. Tall skulls are more likely to have flat maxillas, that's why you never see tall guys with class 2 overbites, mostly underbites and flat midfaces.

Those guys have the equivalent of Barrett's forward growth for their skull height.
