@DalitBoss check out my fat/lipids profile. Why is omega 3 so low when I make sure to eat fish at least twice a week and also only cook in butter. Where did the polyunsaturated fat come from? Cafeteria lunch maybe? Anything else you see?

what do you eat on a day to day basis?
Lunch is whatever at the cafeteria. Usually chicken/fish/beef with potato/white rice. Dinner is varied, but usually involves chicken or salmon, minced beef if i go for pasta. A lot of yogurt too. When I go out, i usually get the rainbow trout steak.

There are more than 1,000 different markers that can be measured in blood. lol at thinking the 28 metrics you had tested is a "full test". You probably had the basic and cheapest panel metrics they order for everyone. CBC, Renal, Liver enzymes, basic cholesterol. That would be:
Total Chol
LDL Chol
HDL Chol
Triglercides
Chol/HCLC ratio
Non HDL Chol
Glucose
Urea
EGFR
Creatinine
BUN/Creatinine ratio
Sodium
Potassium
Carbon Dioxide
Calcium
Phospahate
Albumin
Protein total
Globulin
albumin/globulin ratio
Billirubin
Alkaline Phosphatase
AST
ALT
and A dozen other CBC metrics I don't care to list.
After listing them, I am thinking they probably didn't even order a liver enzyme panel if it was only 28 metrics.
This looks like liver, there’s more values in the index. It said “full coverage” test for adults, maybe it didn’t measure everything under the sun but it’s quite comprehensive. Cost me 200 Euros.

I hope you are joking. You just probably went on a high saturated fat diet and you don't understand a shit about metabolism and you don't even know what is LDL based on this post :lul::lul:.
Learn about metabolism boyo

Good vid, dnw yesterday

Prolly are just not eating enough, you can supplement it anyways

Olive oil, salmon, nuts etc.

But olive oil has some saturated and fats too, butter as well so while they are healthy, too much can still be bad so you have to cut back on that to control LDL
