I had gained up to ~7 kg because of the fasting month and I wanted to get rid of it. Before I started this fast, earlier that day I finished a 113 hour fast. I lost pretty quickly around 5 kg but now it’s going extremely slowly, no changes since like 48 hours ago but I will keep it up for some more, I think I’m going to go for 100 hours, maybe more. We will see. That said, despite being “underweight” on paper, I’m still skinny-fat. That’s the one bad thing about South Asians I did not escape (I agree that the majority of South Asians stink badly, but luckily my family doesn’t stink, this has been verified through my DNA test), we have horrible fat-storing genetics.
