Sadly, he fails to mention that this was the opinion of Ahmad ibn Abi Sulayman and NOT of the Prophet. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not tell a lie against me for whoever tells a lie against me (intentionally) then he will surely enter the Hell-fire."

Even about the opinion of Ahmad Ibn Abi Sulayman...It has nothing to do with race.
Just in the paragraph below Abu 'Uthman al Haddad said that if someone said that the Prophet died before before his beard began to grow or that he was in Tahart (Morocco) and not Tihama, he is killed because this constituted denial. Lying about the Prophet without evidence is a serious matter in Islam, since the same happened with other prophets and that's why other scriptures and religions were corrupted.
