lookism is undeniably true though i noticed how my peers treated me during my 1st year of uni when i was sub ltn like one day someone made a joke and i laughed and everyone looked at me weird, no one would sit next to me, i would get stares that only a monster would get
fast forward now, im probably mltn-hltn not crazy tbf but the treatment is night and day-i never knew people could be this kind and welcoming lol

when i was ltn i coped by completely distancing myself from lookism and hanging around people that like me for my personality

my copes were so crazy that one point i started avoiding mirrors/ reflective objects just so i wouldnt have to look at myself and ruin my day but it does help ngl,sometimes ur more attractive then you think you are just because you're used to the way you look. So it did make me more confident tbh. idk if this rant is usefull to u but idk bro im just rambling
