MulattoMaxxing, should i get highlights

I have the desire Mia phenotype and i have fairly loose curly hair, used to have tight curls but got a perm to looser, ascended very hard no one has ever really called me out on it except once. Anyway i want to make my colouring even better, should i get pintura highlights or maybe light brown highlights? My hair is a dark brown but becomes lighter in the summer. Also thinking of getting a green designer stubble to go with the highlights to even further my colouring. Thoughts?
