Ok first if u diet is lacking you will loose all muscle so make sure you have adiquite protein ideally 1g/lb body weight and minimum 100g carbs ideally closer to 200g. Fats should not dip below like 40g a day you need cholesterol to produce hormones.
cns stimulants- pretty obvious dose morning as to not fuck ur sleep keep dosage as low as effective dont recomend this method tho. I dont use it cuz im not a tweaker. Things like amp, modafinil, ritalin work. Ritalin is better but i have adhd so i dont like stimulants they make me kinda tired and i feel weird.
Opiates- honestly kinda just starvemaxing dont recomend. Also u might die but it does work. Also prolonged exposure to opiates is shown to lower test and cause higher e2. Also not a great choice.
caffine- kinda works not really very good tho. Aim for 400-600mg daily. Personally it gives me anxiety. So not great
Orals:
Cardirine- increases tde/fat oxidization but shown to cause cancer in rats so not great. Do not do this one honestly.
Clenbuterol-increases body temp to boost energy expendature. Can cause dehydration, loss of electrolytes and heat stroke so be careful. Also not meant to be run long term.
Peptides:
Slu-pp-332-increases total expenditure without affecting appitite
semaglutide-kinda mid in terms of glps. Just slows gastric emptying and reduces appitite.
Tirzepitide-better than semaglutide. Dont feel like explaining why. Look it up.
Retatrutide-like tirz but w glucagon activity so it increses fat oxidization.
