ive already posted ratings havent gotten much advice or even a rating.

best supp stack to take? natural/legal

peptide serums cope?

is bonesmash legit?

how to go about gymmaxxing? ive got experience in the gym (2 years) what are the better ways to go about it seeing as i saw it as a “me get muscle as big as possible no matter what” rather than think about looking good facially as well.

as well as questions answered could i get some general advice on what i should do? (pfp and previous ratings)

Use bimatoprost/latisse for lashes, darken brows and thicken them, and you can't do anything else.

Use bimatoprost/latisse for lashes, darken brows and thicken them, and you can't do anything else.

Well, to expand I can say this:

Supplements aren't directly cope, but you won't get any benefits aesthetic-wise, if you're deficient in some nutrients then yeah take supplements, but you shouldn't expect bonemass from some shit like d3k2 or any other vitamins.

They're cope for aesthetics, but a bit healthy if you're deficient

Why aren't supplements worth it? Cause they are costly?
