I’ve been taking vitafusion’s men’s multi gummies and I wanna know if my body can even actually absorb it all and use it or I’m just wasting money? If anyone has some knowledge and research they would like to share, please let me know.

So to answer your question around 20%-50% of the nutrients get absorbed, there are factors like Age, digestive health, and metabolism that affect how well vitamins are absorbed and also When many vitamins are packed into one pill, they may compete for absorption

Fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) require fat to be absorbed. Taking your multivitamin with a meal containing some fat can significantly increase absorption.
