mum refused to buy my medication

my psychiatrist has prescribed me some meds, but my mum refused and didnt buy me my medication. she also tore apart and hid the prescription from me + she wont take me back to the doctors anymore to get me prescribed once again. i dont live with my dad and i'm 16, i cannot buy my medication unless i have a valid prescription on me. i don't know what i should do. she also sometimes refuses to buy my allergy medication (not because she doesn't have money, she really has money for medicine)

the issue is not the money, i have to show a proof of my prescription to any pharmacy in order to buy any type of psychiatric meds. and to get my prescription again, i have to have my legal guardian consent

Honestly I think your only option is to call CPS on both of your parents
If you don't want to do that then you're 16 correct? And assuming by your usage of the word mum I'm assuming you're in the UK? Don't they think 16 is adult?

sadly no haha im slavic and im not yet considered old enough to get a psychotic medication prescribed to me without a legal guardian, i'm just gonna put up with them until i move out
