No it's true. Third world countries are insane if you are multi millionaire. You have way more purchasing power and your wealth gives you a ton of Influence and status. Literally everyone is a pawn for you to do your bidding. You can get the real taste of what billonaires in the west feel like if you are a millionaire in the third world but for people who aren't rich third world countries are nightmare tier. Third world cities like Mumbai, Delhi etc are a graveyard of talent and unfulfilled dreams of the middle and lower classes.

Japan doesn't have cheap resources and has very strict labour laws. Like that CNN guy said. If you want to become a millionaire you go abroad if you want to become a billionaire you come back to India.

That is all true (except the part about being extremely cheap - if u want to live a high life, many of the costs are same as Europe or usa, though a lot of things are still cheaper)
