A couple months ago me and this girl started talking and calling each other. During one of our calls she said something like “I would never spread my legs for anyone,” and I joked back “could’ve fooled me.” She immediately pressed me about what I meant by that. The vibe got awkward after that and the call ended, but she actually tried calling me back again afterward. I didn’t pick up, then later she left me on delivered for like 14 hours, so I blocked her.
After that I unblocked her and apologized because I felt like I overreacted. We started talking again for a bit, but before things settled I sent her a voice message where I was yelling because I thought she was saying some bullshit. Not long after that I blocked her again. Eventually she blocked me too.
A few weeks later I apologized again iperson and she told me it was fine and said she would unblock me. She even added that herself while walking away, like she volunteered the idea.
Later we talked again in class and she was friendly, but she told me her phone got taken. On Monday we had kind of an awkward conversation and I said we should hang out if she got her phone back during spring break. She said she probably wouldn’t, but then asked what I had wanted to do anyway. Toward the end she seemed warmer again. After that she disappeared from class for the rest of that week even though I saw her in the lunch hall once.
After spring break she didn’t show up Monday. Tuesday she came back and I asked when I was getting unblocked. She smiled and said “I forgot.” She still didn’t unblock me later that day. Then she missed class again the next day.
So recently I went up to her and asked why she keeps playing in my face. She got defensive right away and said “what do you mean?” and started moving like she was about to leave. I told her she’d been acting weird, like not acknowledging me and saying she’d unblock me but not doing it. Then she said she forgot because she’s busy with her birthday week . I just said “ok” and asked what she was doing for her birthday and she said she’s going to the aquarium. After that she said “I’m going to class now,” walked back toward her friends, and I heard her tell them “I’m so scared” .
