Generally, people tend to not compliment good looking men because they probably already know it or don't want to boost their ego

How often you get complimented as a good looking guy varies based on your demeanor. If you walk around like you know you're hot (good posture, head up, eye contact with everyone etc.) you will get complimented significantly less than if you walk around unconfidently.
