its not trucel rage , its your body reacting to stress , i used to have those too , its normal , i had once a roommate that used to be so smelly back when i used to live in a dorm , he was fat ugly and tall , and dirty always sweaty always smelly , i used to get visions of myself stabbing him in his sleep and raging anger everyday , but after a while after i fixed my life a little bit they all disappeared , figure out whats stressing you and try to fix it or cope with it
