it seems to me that the mandible was indeed prognathic that's why they did a setback and they moved the maxilla forward. in the after ceph he is super swollen. you can't judge airway size or soft tissue profile based on that.

American surgeon will give you a higher price than a Turkish surgeon regardless of the results, because he paid 100ks $ and wasted an unnecessary 4 year of premed.
