what kind of natural pill can I take to boost muscle growth or growth hormone at 15?

(i've been working out for a year and don't want to die in 20 years)
 
sleep + proper stimuli (good split)

i sleep 7/8 hours, as a split i have ulxppl and on saturday i often do chest which is where i am lacking
 
Get some bloodwork done to check for any deficiencies.For instance, if you lack vitamin d , take vitamin d supplements.Also, consult a dietologist, ask him to calculate your bodyfat percentage and tell him to give you a nutritious diet tailored to your needs and goals. And the rest is common knowledge, train consistently and rest.

I know its pretty standard but supplement creatine and protein if you dont get enough of it from meals
 
ye, rn i'm using liftoff and i do a progressive overload of 1.25 kg each session
as long as ur progressing, ur good there’s no special serum to make u grow without side effects, just stay consistent and carb cycle. just fyi I’ve been lifting since I was 12 and look pretty shit so it takes time (oh and make sure ur diet is good, very important)

quit the gymcel shit and focus on spidermaxxing, muscle development will come along side
