Are there any peptides that actually help with muscle growth, and how effective are they? If someone uses peptides that increase growth hormone, do they meaningfully improve muscle gains compared to training and nutrition alone? If I take external testosterone, does it suppress or shut down my body’s natural testosterone production while I’m on it? And after stopping testosterone, is natural production guaranteed to recover or does it depend on factors like dosage, duration, and genetics?
