Yo,
I’m 6'4, and looking to fill out my frame as fast as possible.
I’m looking for something to help with muscle growth and strength that will not cause a total testosterone shutdown.
Any recommendations?

Age, weight, a physique pic would help too.

If you're going the "soft" route:
1.2-1.5 protein per lb
0.3-0.4 fats per lb
1 carbohydrates per lb and assess from there, can increase to 1.2-1.5 if needed.
Carb cycle high/moderate/low days. High for big muscle groups, moderate for smaller/lighter days, low for rest, days. Can, implement intermittent fasting on rest days too for natural GH boost.


Hard route:
SERMS (tamoxifen, enclomiphene and the likes).
Peptides, especially GH agonists (GHRPs, GNRHs, IGF-1 LR3, GH itself).

Yo wsp bro so im looking for some muscle building supplements after which i will be able to recover my test with just enclomophine bc if i take HCG i will need to have needles and it will be hella hard to hide that from my family. I would like to pin peptides but i cant hide mini fridge and all that from family. Thanks for the advice, really appreciate it

Enclomiphene is a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) it blocks the effects of estrogen at the receptor cites, so it's not as effective at doing it's job.
This "tricks" your body into producing more testosterone, as more test = estradiol for the receptors, through conversion. A lot of "natural" powerlifters in the Balkans use this method.

If you're strictly no injections and only gym supps, then the only really useful thing would be good creatine performance wise. But it's extremely minor. Would also advice to take magnesium, DHEA, Alpha-GPC, possibly pregnenolone (but it's more complicated).

Yes it does shut down natural test production. So you're contemplating on doing YK11, but against enclomiphene, which doesn't shut down testosterone production after cessation?

Yes it does shut down natural test production. So you're contemplating on doing YK11, but against enclomiphene, which doesn't shut down testosterone production after cessation?

Enclomophine don't really build muscles even Greg doucete said that,im just looking for pharmaceuticals that will not totally shut down my testosterone production to the point where i will not be able to recover my natural production even with enclomophine
