Muscle hypertrophy under chin

So i have this weird muscle hypertrophy right under my chin and i am suspecting my digastric muscles. Can anybody confirm this or give me an explaination, maybe it is bc my chin lacks height idk and that’s why im making this post. Im ranging between 13 and 15% bf btw

I think its genetic fat distribution ive seen this exact thing many times at lower bf%. The solution for it is just lipo.
