Will i lose muscle mass if i dont lift weights but do only martial arts and maybe some resistance band stuff i just dont wanna lift weights anymore
 
Muscle is based off how much stimulus that is placed upon it.
If you want to retain your muscle, you must use it and be able to support it with enough protein.
Do you have to lift weights? No.
But make sure you stimulate your muscles until/almost until failure.

a little bit of muscle you will lose yeah but not alot
