When only the muscle meats are eaten, the amino acid balance entering our blood stream is the same as that produced by extreme stress, when cortisol excess causes our muscles to be broken down to provide energy and material for repair. The formation of serotonin is increased by the excess tryptophan in muscle, and serotonin stimulates the formation of more cortisol, while the tryptophan itself, along with the excess muscle-derived cysteine, suppresses the thyroid function.

When we eat animal proteins in the traditional ways (for example, eating fish head soup, as well as the muscles, or “head-cheese” as well as pork chops, and chicken-foot soup as well as drumsticks), we assimilate a large amount of glycine and gelatin. This whole-animal balance of amino acids supports all sorts of biological process, including a balanced growth of children's tissues and organs.​

People used to eat all cuts from an animal. Eating only muscle meat causes deficiencies

- ammonia build up
-increases the rate of breakdown of existing protein
- retention of bone calcium decreases at 140g per day
- excess meat eaters smell worse

Not my experience at all. U probably confuse pure meat with nasty shit like kebab and chicken curry which makes u smell bad

Lol, here in Romania back in the communist era, food was rationed and animal products were scarce, most of the time you could find those less desirable parts like fish heads, pig ears, chicken feet, etc. - the good meat was exported, while we starved, there were almost no fat people though back then...

No one said not to eat the whole part of the animal. RP’s amino acid thesis is stupid. Amino acids are all healthy for you. If you want the best balance eat the whole animal

Yeah you could only find fish bones to make some soop and you had to use cigarett3s to even buy shit,
