Ive noticed as someone who uses weed:smonk: frequently that psilocybin or “magic mushrooms 🍄 are a increasingly demanded substance from old to young people alike and is only becoming more and more normalized for its insane effects and in numerous cases, BENEFITS.

I MYSELF have dabbled into using psilocybin and done doses ranging from .1g to 8g :lul:(feel free to ask questions on any of these trips privately or publically)

Now, as the title states you can use psilocybin to potentially LIFEMAXX and LOWER INHIBITION :eek:. There’s many different methods to this I will briefly explain the two that have worked best for myself as well as some simple information involving mushrooms.

HOW DO MUSHROOMS WORK? Well let me explain in a basic way,
once you’ve digested the psilocybin (MAGIC MUSHROOMS:feelsmage:) and it releases into your gut, the psilocybin is converted in your liver into psilocin. This chemical mimics that of serotonin and is passed into your brain, then binds to serotonin receptors especially that of the 5-HT2A receptors. Your brain after the psilocin binds is essentially being remapped or rewired. Changing how certain neurons fire and loosening your perception which leads to altered sense of vision, touch etc. This will then end once all of the psilocin is broken down into non active compounds. The effects are extremely subjective based on the dosage you take, AND even more importantly the MINDSET you are in when consuming. More mushrooms = more psilocybin, more psilocybin = more psilocin, more psilocin = more reworking of brain or sometimes in large dosages shutting off certain processes of the brain completely.


NOW that you have a simple understanding of how mushrooms interact with the brain and body THIS is how you can use them to your advantages outside of the amazing euphoric feeling.

MICRO DOSING
This is the absolute best way to only feel the benefit of psilocybin and not the anxious delirious state that is often reported. Anywhere from .1 to .3 GRAMS is a great place to start, many people follow a strategy of dosing every 3rd day and observing affects for the other 2 days. Main benefits reported from following this strategy or those similar are boosts in mood, less negative thought loops, improved creativity, less inhibition and anxiety. I myself when experimenting with this felt calm and very composed days I micro dosed as well as improved focus in school. ANOTHER way, not having to cycle it on and off is simply using a small dose before a social event. Make sure you consume it early enough so that the onset happens when you are still in a chill environment so that you avoid any anxiousness.

I’ll briefly go over one more form of using shrooms to potentially lower inhibition and benefit the mind

EGODEATH / LARGE DOSING
ego death when on shrooms is described as losing your sense of self and or conscious. This will not happen unless you consume a VERY LARGE dose so don’t worry about this when microdosing. You Essentially lose all self identity. I MYSELF have experienced this extremely intense feeling, while seeming so scary, this was highly beneficial for myself, coming off the large dosage of 8 grams I felt i was more connected with my identity and felt very low inhibition for weeks after. Was also very open to trying new hobbies and experiencing new things.

As stated earlier mushroom or psilocybin trips are extremely subjective based on your own mindset, the dosage, the environment etc but can be extremely beneficial in cases. Butttt also very negative in cases.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, NEGATIVES
The main negative that is brought up when speaking on magic mushrooms is the fact that significant long term research is not very established, as well as the fact that it can lead to dependency (like all drugs) and can increase physiological risks like psychoses or extreme paranoia. I have seen similar negatives after doing large doses aswell, your mind may feel foggy and unclear for days after large doses and even sometimes when doing a micro dose. You may read this and be like "NO SHIT ITS A DRUG" which is true it has its own set of negatives and flaws but can also be used as a LIFEMAXX when it is used wisely. If youve read this far o7.

with those words i discussed with chatgpt and said be 100% honest, with that advice i better myself by alot
fair enough i mean in that sense i understand, for me meditation works fine, I am constantly in a meditative state and i understand myself quite well, much more mature for my age, but i do understand some people may not be able to reach that level naturally and need enhancers.
