music, especially at this time right now, cannot have any positive impact on my mood whatsoever.


- depressive suicidal black metal completely ruins my mood

- atmospheric songs make me overthink everything

- old jazz just makes me hyperaware of time flying by

- energetic music is always somehow always linked to chad edits, a simple reality check


music does not only influence your mood; your mood also heavily influences music.

listen to brown noise or something that muffles the sound i dont think music is going to help i was really anxious and music felt good but it wasnt helping i was out of my head for some days because of the anxiety and overstimulation i was also on sedative tho

problem is i have to keep watching content and having this constant noise over the videos i'm watching doesn't help.
