EQ, compression I guess. Use a tape recorder maybe.
Charlie Puth's sounds more "analog" and yours sounds very sharp and with too much amplitude in the higher end
I produce purely electronic music tho, not pop music, so take my advice with a grain of salt

You have way too much high end going on in basically every single component of your beat which takes away from the smooth vibe you're going for. Same with reverb and delay which compounds the high end problem.

Use a deeper bass sound/punchier kick and in terms of composition make them hit at the same time way more often
