This is an odd thread. The women in the thumbnail aren't attractive at all, but quite repulsive, gangly and mannish. There's no reason whatsoever to believe their presence in the thumbnail had anything to do with the views, and 90 million views is pretty low by YouTube's "most watched" standards.

Also, although this is a bit impolite, traditionally narrow skulled women have been regarded as inferior to, and less attractice than, women with broad and round skulls, which is considered the feminine ideal.
