It would take weeks for an average pianist with 6-10 years of experience. Not the hardest piano piece but a pretty advanced one.
From scratch and starting old ? Couldn't say, depends on your talent and discipline. But if you're self taught, playing it properly would be a great achievement. This is technical enough to INJURE (JFL, y) yourself if your technique isn't on point.

To be honest, the amount of work to play that on your own is pretty much like becoming a fitness god.

Just learn that one, that's enough for a party trick.
