do you genuinely enjoy music and set time aside to focus on that on its own or is it something you do on the side?

why would you choose to listen to music when you can just scroll stuff and be hit by so many genres?

I used to lsiten to music when i was a young teenager, now im 18 and jst wondering

i sometimes listen to classical music to sleep and thats it

Do you think stimulation is valuable in some way or what? Yes, listening through an hour long album probably wouldn't be considered productive, but if you're gonna consume any media you might as well nurture your soul a little instead of frying your shit with scrolling

dont want high bpm, vivid or romantic stuff now

I usually dont unless there is something I really want to hear, I do focus on music while in the gym and then Im surrounded by music when I practice through my instruments so I dont really want to listen to anymore music after I'm done, atleast not in a focused manner. I will sometimes have music playing in the background for whatever but I dont really listen
