This is ok because chechens are white looking so it's all good. It's NOT OK for brown ethnics to do it because they are simply not good looking enough for it to slide. Your looks determine how much you are allowed to get away with, and unfortunately being some average looking brown bald ethnic man, means you're not allowed to get away with alot, if anything.
