you dont need to reform shit just don't practice sharia as a state.
The development and interpretation of the shariah has always been outside the purview of the "state" - which was itself governed by the shariah and simultaneously it's executor and administrator. In premodern societies, government and the state did not operate as they do in modern society where law in a positivist sense is conflated with the authority of the government. Instead the authority belonged to a separate "class" of scholars.

Discussions on the nature of the State and law in this context are rooted in Sharia, predating the "State" itself. Both ruler and ruled are obligated to follow God's law, creating a religious-political connection through a caliphate. Muslim theorists have derived general principles like equality, justice, and consultation from Sharia, from which they would deduce laws pertaining to all aspects of life. The question leaves most "Islamists" in an awkward situation in what a 21st century Islamic State / caliphate could look like that would authentically replicate the spirit of the past since ther is no clear guideline or parameters.

The guy is a Muslim, and I acknowledge that his actions are highly concerning, making me wonder at times. However, labeling him as a Kaffir is not appropriate unless concrete evidence is presented. May Allah guide him on the right path.

People will always exist who attempt to justify their heresy and misguidance. Anyone who justifies heresy and disbelief is, by definition, a disbeliever and not a Muslim. Associating oneself with Islam and claiming to be a Muslim is meaningless, just as the claims of Qadianiyyah, nation of mislam, and progressives mislamists are. Therefore, if anyone regards communism justifiable in Islam, he comes out of the fold of Islam.

What are your opinions of groups like Mutazilah? Even though they believed in obvious kufr in retrospect they were great Muslims, like scientists, mathematicians, many of them were great legal scholars especially in Maliki and Hanafi madhab I believe.

It seems every era of Muslim has been infested by some idea that took hold - whether it was Greek Philosophy, Neoplatonism or Communism. I believe there were similar "Muslims" in Albania and the Jadids in soviet Russia who tried to square a triangle through reformist teachings about communism and Islam. They were often the only 'authorities' for Muslims. All of these kufr ways of thinkings virtually ceased to exist and some form of orthodoxy won at the end of the day.

We are seeing the same thing today with feminism, liberalism, and who knows what else.

A group of misguided Muslims. While there may be some kuffaar within, the sect themselves aren't.
Mutazilaj are considered kafir by Orthodox Sunni.

So ppl like ibn sina, al farabi, ibn rushd aren't kafir? They were takfired by ghazali? Later Muslims became 'apologetic' and excused them and it's true they were pious even if wayward.

Shaykhul-Islam said in his [مجموع الفتاوى] "Whoever says that each of the seventy-two sects are kuffaar whose kufr puts them beyond the pale of Islam has gone against the Qur’an and Sunnah, and the consensus of the Sahaabah (may Allah be pleased with them), and indeed the consensus of the four imams and others. There is no one among them who ever regarded each of the seventy-two sects as kuffaar; rather those sects may regard one another as kuffaar because of their views and beliefs." End quote.

The scholars differed regarding declaring the Mu'tazilah as non-Muslims; some of them are of the view that they are Muslims because they are included in the term of the “Muslim nation” in the Hadeeth of the Prophet
sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )
that reads: “My (Muslim) nation will split into 73 sects.”[Al-Bayhaqi, Al-Haakim and others] Attributing the sects to the Muslim nation indicates that they are Muslims [and not disbelievers]. I believe it's safer to assume that they (the sect) fall in the latter category.

My point aligns with this. In retrospect they are Muslim and many of them were great Muslims, but if a Mutazilite existed today he would no doubt be takfired into irrelevance (except maybe some shia theologians). Many of these "neo-Mutazilah" who appear are exactly the same progressives and liberal Muslims who ironically claim some sort of theological ancestry from this group - yet the mutazilah would've killed you if you disagreed with them JFL.

Firstly, there's a misconception in your definition of Sharia. Sharia refers to religious laws, which many Muslims worldwide already follow without state enforcement, even in Western countries. It's the rules of the Quran. The narrative you've presented is thus flawed.

If we delve into the real question of why Muslims migrate to Western countries, which you attempted to camouflage behind the notion of Sharia, the answer is clear. Many opt to relocate to these nations because they were formerly colonized by them, leading to economic instability and shit rule. This is also the reason that inhabitants of Muslim majority countries often choose to migrate to the countries that had colonized them previously, as evident with Pakistanis settling in Britain and Africans in France. The influx is connected to the colonial history.

On the other hand, when Muslim majority countries, such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Brunei, flourish economically, people don't seek to leave for supposedly superior Western nations. Instead, people from various backgrounds migrate to these prosperous Muslim majority countries. For example, Dubai is filled with foreigners, including many Brits.

Therefore, the notion you attempted to convey is unfounded. It's very pathetic, especially considering you identify as a Muslim yourself.
muh colonialism, aka after the white man left the country turned to shit, so they ran after the white man so they can once again depend on his superior intellect and abilities.

and no one from the west lives in dubai, they might have vacation homes there, but their primary purpose is to go there to shit on whores, ride camels, and be served by muslims

You are so retarded, it's mind-numbing at times. You realize Europeans *looted* the wealth of the countries they colonized, right? Or does your low IQ brain not understand this simple fact: when you steal everything from someone, they become poor.

The economic success is a result of liberalization both of the government and the economy. The only country to really break from this doctrine is Singapore and maybe China.

The problem is that people don’t understand that Muslims are not one entity with one head, but rather consist of different groups with different opinions. The ones who "flee“ sharia obviously don‘t like it and they also don’t vote for it and not every Muslim who migrates to the west has fled sharia. Most "Muslim“ governments don’t have sharia, the only country that actually has sharia for the most part are the golf states and I don’t see anyone "fleeing“ them

I don’t want sharia. I just want women to behave and sharia is the only system where this is possible. Also these stupid fucks don’t see how many westerners move to Dubai and saudi as expats every year to make more money. This narrative by Europeans is actually so refutable and it’s not even affective anymore.
And also if you are so anti-sharia and islamaphobic then don’t talk shit when your ex wife takes half your shit after she sucks some black dick and you keep paying her money every month while she is sucking on some other dick. This is secularism for you ahahaha
