currently i'm skinny fat, 20% bf, i'm losing weight a bit. i wanted to take retatrutide but pretty sure it's just normie cope. i'd rather just not eat food.

i was already on gh for a while and i got off of it. i don't think i'm growing anymore so my height is kind of stuck at 5'7, but if possible yeah i would love to focus on that IF im still growing (which idk)
