To begin, I responded to a guys question about cialis (@spermium ) and found that I enjoyed writing about PE(penis enlargement). I believe this is because in my eyes, PE is the most definite/prominant whitepill on .org (other than shit like surgery).
*For anyone familiar w PE, I will only be talking about MSEG and BPEL as I believe they are the only measurements that effect how you penis feels during sex.

Just from what I read, I felt that libido-maxing (optimizing erection) was the most important thing so I began with that. I would optimize nutrition for testosterone, took some supps correlated to higher T, got more sunlight exposure, I was already doing high intensity resistance training at the time, and LOTSSS of kegels (knowing what I know now I wouldnt reccomend doing kegels).

My Entry and First Experiences with PE: Additionally, ince my pp was not long enough to comfortably hit the cervix/A-spot at this time (roughly 6.5in, cervix is usually up to 6in into the vagina during female arousal, but you cant just tap it w ur tip, you have to have a good half inch to apply some pressure, and thats only when you are fulling pushing pelvis against girl, so 6.5+(BPEL I'll define this acronym later if you are not familiar) is what i would set my goal at to hit A-spot in any position) I began Jelqing. Your pelvic floor muscles are used daily and during sex, there is no need to train them if you are a healthy young man. However, jelqing long term (6months+) has a high chance of causing ED, nerve damage, other issues. I jelqed for 8 months after this and luckily had no noticeable injuries. My understanding from this experience and my experience in the last few months leads me to believe I am a HYPER responder to lengthwards penis gains. In this 8 month Jelqing journey I went from 5.3in BPEL (I never took any precise measurement so i dont know the exact amount, I recall it was between 5.0-5.4in BPEL) to 6.5in BPEL and 5.0in MSEG to 5.4in MSEG. Going from 68.0% to 96.0% in penile volume percentile.
*Discalimer: gaining 1.2in BPEL in 8 months is virtually unatainable. I am very genetically lucky to by a hyper responder for length. But you will 99% not experience the same results. I wouldn't expect more than 0.5in in this period.

Getting Serious About PE: At the time I thought this was my growth limit because I hadnt seen progress in months. I was personally not satisfied with 6.5. Partially because of unrealistic expectations I had for my sexual performance, but also because I always had this gold standard of having an 8x6.5 erect pp in the back of my mind. So I began to look way deeper into PE. I discovered Hink's youtube channel and must've watched 20-30 videos in two days. I think his PE content is pure gold. I purchased a penis pump ($20) :

The routine I have come to over the last 3 months is pumping for 30minutes, no break (I personally can handle it and saw most growth this way but would reccomend starting with breaks) for girth + using phallosan for 4hours a day (most I can handle for wearing 3-4 days a week) or manual stretching for 30minutes when I dont wear phallosan.

Over the last 3 months I went from a growth plateau to seeing .5in in length gains and .3in in girth gains:feelsahh:!

My current measurment is 7.0BPEL and 5.7MSEG. And I will not be posting proof because I view it as infidelity, sorry, youre just gonna have to trust me on this one.

I find it is best to measure the top face for most consistency. BPEL is a better measurement for me than than BPFL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Length) because I am concerned about sexual performance and better than NBPEL (Non Bone Pressed Erect Length) because you are able to full press against your pelvis during sex. MSEG means Mid Shaft Erect Girth, and is measured like this:

Why PE is a High-Purity White Pill
Before I begin, these are just my conjectures on the subject. I think my logic is sound and I would like to help dissuade a common misconception I see on .org that PE is cope/larp/BP.

There are many medical studies that prove PE works. To be more specific and I will link all of these in my bibliography: proof that pumping works (with peyronie's disease), proof that extenders work, medically published papers on the science of penis pumping, proof that extenders work (with peyronie's disease), medically recorded pp gains, theres more but you get the point.

Here is the Point. Lookmaxing is the improvement of looks while PE is the improvement of pp size. Lookmaxxing overlaps with many common mainstream notions of health and beauty like skin care, understands healthy eating to a sufficient extent, understands the importance of excercise to a sufficient extent, uses makeup, facials, haircare/cuts, sleeping, de-stressing, cares abt and tries to excentuate height, etc. These are all pretty agreeably the main variable of improving looks and everyone knows/does them cuz they are mainstream. This causes ppl to think lookmax is cope and BP because you are doing small BS that we don't even know if it impacts your looks like mewing, thumbpulling, UUDD. When lookmaxing, you are trying to mog normies that are already doing things to improve their looks. Alternatively, PE is NOT mainstream. The two main/essential things are pp stretching and pp pumping. These are essential and will cause the most dramatic improvements in the same way eating, excercising, and sleeping will for looks. However, VIRTUALLY NOBODY is pumping or stretching. This means that PE is an easy oppurtunity to pp mog all normies out there. And it is not cope like many lookmax methods are because unlike the niche lookmaxing methods, PE methods cover the basics on improving penile volume.

I know I just gave credit to PE on here, but don't talk about it outside of the forums:cop:! If PE goes mainstream, you will have ruined your chances to have CL level pp and will remain a dickcel:feelsrope:.

Ye uncut, what's the solution? I only have ever done manuals for length since. I just found the phallosan so uncomfortable to sleep in. Maybe it's better to wear when awake and working?

It gets too painful for me if i wear in sleep, but i put the protector cap around your glans, then pull foreskin over that as you normally would w/o it. then put the bell over your glans covered by your foreskin and roll the condom down like normal.

nah, never recorded cuz it didnt rly matter to me, but it did make a big diff. Id say my flaccid length probably increased abt 70%, IRDK for girth. all just estimates though, no memory as good as actual recordings:feelsbadman:

Does it not feel weird af having your foreskin over something? Can't even imagine that. Does it prevent it from just stretching your foreskin alone, and it says tight around the head?

you 1000% should read regardless. Phallosan did not give me my gains, based on the medical literature, it can easily be (and maybe should be) replaced by a traditional extender. also I found that manuals work quite well. give it a read:feelspanties:

I plateaued while only jelqing, when I switched to pumping + stretching, I started gaining again. Im also still on test supps, vitamins, and L-citruline but my sleep is honestly worse.:fuk:

I dont think phallosan forte has any advantage over the good extenders like bestextender except for being the most medically researched one anyways

its okay, I take a big handfull of pills everynight. I take so much because I have other health issues, and I take them at night because some of them make me throw up if I take them on an empty stomach in the morning. and Im too lazy to eat breakfast:feelsthink:

I dont deny that any of these things work, but it kinda devolves into what I was talking abt in the whitepill section of my post. These things are small adjustments, not essential to PE like pumping and stretch. I could do them, but I dont care enough. I rly do appreciate the suggestions tho❤️

Honestly, I spend enough time pumping and doing manuals. These are things that you can only really do nothing or deskwork doing. I dont have interest in buying it now for this reason.
I used to use the exact extender that I put a pic of in my post, but it was a noose extender and would therefor come undone after no longer than an hour because im uncut. So i dont have much expereience w that kind of exenteder.
Obvi its rly gud cuz it is high qual and has a pressure gauge on the hanger. I have seen ppl using the phallosan top w this product but I just dont have the time to sit naked in my room for hours w ts on me.
IK ppl do 30ish min stretching sessions w this kind of extender. However, the biggest thing for me is duration. I found taht phallosan worked wonders for me and I theorize so far that that is becuz I can wear the phallosan for 4hrs straight.
obviously, last time i heard, everyone has great things to say abt it though.

Cant say tbh cause I havent tried Pumps and extenders yet. MY main way to go rn is Just clampimg and maybe some manuals. I have rotted on this topic for way to fucking long and Have gotten back into it aorund now.

My current goal is to experiment with some chemical PE by Megadosing Vitd and K topically on my dick to see if it boosts growth.

Manuals are for sure safe, you can stop the second anything feels wrong, and your pp is quite literally in your hands. Things like water pumps can malfunction and instakill ur pp. I honestly haven’t ever heard anything to prove that more time extending will indefinitely lead to more gains. In fact, there are studies showing that too much time (more than 5 sets of 5m w 2m break) pumping (on rats) will actually reduce gains. I also wouldn’t be suprised if the phallosans suction device on the gland has caused my minimal nerve damage (decreased sensation). I think manuals are pretty gud. However, those are just my thoughts and experiences, if you don’t like it, you don’t like it. And if you have the time to sit w the bestextender for hours and believe it’s best for you, go for it!:)

I couldn't find the rat extender study but here is a study that showed that extending for an hour instead of 30m made no diff. suggesting that longer sessions dont matter (which i am aware contradicts what I said earlier, however I don't completely submit to data taht comes from a singular study:feelshehe:):https://www.auajournals.org/doi/pdf...,satisfaction and overall sexual satisfaction.

Pp grows until puberty ends so you’ll prob reach 6.5. It’s rly your choice on whether you would like it to look/feel bigger. One thing is, once you settle down and find someone, you’ll realize whether or not ur pp hits her cervix or not. It’ll feel like you’re hitting a wall at the end of her. If u start PE now it would be more than likely for u to be 7.5 by 18-19. Using a pump will increase girth.

I see I see how long would it take to reach 9 inches of it's even possible and do pump give semi permanent girth gains or atleast 24 hour gains ? Good thread btw

lol, 9in is achieveable if u have good genetics. if youre 5.9 at 15, prob not. Pump gives permanent girth gains.:feelsmage::feelsmage:

ok, if your 17 bpel rn at 15, I would say it is within the realm of possibility for you to achieve 9in BPEL. but it would prob take 5+years (depending on how much you grow in puberty) and the longer you do PE, the more chances to injure your pp. But at a certain point is gonna be too much. You prob dont know this, but whatevr your perception of what a 10in dick looks like in porn videos or watever tf, is probably an 8in dick. It is very rare (1/10000) to have 8in. You could spend an entire day on the internet and find 5 guys with a verifiable 9in pp. I have heard one but never ever seen a verifiable 10in. At some point, and I have begun to experience this at my size (particularly girth) once you get into the higher percenetiles of girth, it can make your girl hurt and get sore more easily. I havent used lube in a while and that would prob help, but like... who cares even. You are 15 w (unless you have a pencil pp) at 99%+ pp volume. There is lots of oppurtunity to damage your pp, your reprodutive organ, in PE. I dont think it is worth it for u to go for 9in. you would be incurring the risks of PE, blowing past any sexual advantages of PE, and the only benefit would be that you have a freakishly big, literally jaw dropping pp.

Low inhib is admired on these forums but you will regret low inhib when you fuck up. Be mature and think abt the reprocussions before you act.:chad:
