I found a heal against Being down due to inceldom.

Instead of thinking: im sad because i cannot get a foid, think: No Woman is good enough For me. And of course If U think that, u would never approach a foid, nor Show iois to foids. Haha

Bonus thought: when someone asks your age and you say it, the Person then says "what? I thought u we're Younger/older you say

"Dont compare me to Others, im Not Like Others"

Then If they ask how are you different from Others, U say "im better than Others
