Imo it builds tolerance rather fast, take only 1 a day. When i first took it, i felt significantly better. Mixed with kratom is even better feeling. Can recommend

It builds tolerance after a couple of days , quite fast yes. But I'd say 1 week ON 1 week OFF schedule is enough to prevent tolerance/reset tolerance IME (in my experience)
